If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.


The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.


Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
The Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to COM'MUNICATE, 10 RUE DE PENTHIEVRE 75008 PARIS.
Products means the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
The Service means the Website.
Website means the FirstPaw website, accessible from https://firstpawparis.myshopify.com.
You means the natural person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such natural person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Rights to cancel your order


You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period for an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Products or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision:

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. We'll use the same payment method you used for the order, and you won't have to pay any fees for this refund.


Return conditions


In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Products were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The products are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods manufactured to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only normal priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the Products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on return. Therefore, we recommend insured and tracked mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
